You will find our program guidelines, which include descriptions of each program area, information on eligibility, proposal deadlines, and the grant application and review process. You will also find a list of recent grants. Wherever possible, we have created links to our grantees' web sites for you to learn more about them. Also included on our web site is the foundation application form and application instructions. The application form can be downloaded, but it is not interactive. Please note the following annual deadlines for the foundation's program areas. These deadlines are for submitting a full proposal. Grant proposals must be postmarked on or before the program area deadline. If the deadline falls on a weekend or legal holiday, the deadline will be considered the next regular business day. Please note that the foundation will not be accepting proposals for the human rights program (August 1, 2008, deadline) this year. The program is currently being reformulated.
